This Privacy Policy explains how King AI: AI Video Generator collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our app and related services.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as email address, display name, optional profile picture, authentication provider, preferences, and account creation timestamp.
- User-provided content for AI generation, including text prompts, uploaded images, photos, audio parameters, generation settings, model selections, styles, aspect ratio, and duration.
- Generated content and metadata, including generated images, videos, audio, prompt history, selected model, generation status, and timestamps.
- Usage, diagnostics, and device information such as app interactions, credit consumption, subscription status, device model, operating system, app version, crash reports, network state, and cached preferences.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide AI generation services, store generation history, manage accounts, process subscriptions and credits, restore purchases, provide support, diagnose issues, improve reliability, and develop app features.
Data Storage and Security
We use Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database records, secure cloud storage, analytics, crash diagnostics, and server-side functions. Data is transmitted using encrypted connections, and third-party AI API keys are managed on our server.
Third-Party Services
King AI may use fal.ai, OpenAI, VIDU, Google AI models accessed through fal.ai infrastructure, Firebase, Google Cloud, and RevenueCat to operate the app, process purchases, and provide AI generation features.
AI Data Processing and Consent
Before sending eligible generation data to third-party AI providers, the app asks for explicit AI data sharing consent. You may withdraw AI data sharing consent in Settings. We send only the data needed for the requested task, and we do not use your personal content to train our own AI models.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with service providers only as needed to operate the app, process purchases, provide AI generation, maintain infrastructure, analyze reliability, or comply with legal obligations.
Your Rights and Choices
You can edit profile details, manage preferences, download generated content, manage subscriptions through the App Store, restore purchases, and delete your account. For privacy or data requests, contact support@kingaivideo.app.
Data Retention
Active account data is retained while your account remains active. Deleted account data is erased within 30 days where technically and legally feasible. Generated content is retained until you delete it or close your account. Aggregated analytics may be retained for performance and reliability purposes for up to 2 years.
Children's Privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
