How do I contact support?

Email us through the contact page and we reply within 1–2 business days. Payment, account, privacy, and safety issues are triaged first.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose King AI and manage or cancel.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request one.

How do I delete my account or request my data?

Use the privacy options in the app, or email support with your request. We handle privacy requests promptly.
