Lit signs glow on the buildings and people walk behind him. A thick stream of water then pours in from the upper left and hits his shoulder. In the next two frames the water covers him completely. When it clears, his hoodie has become a white sleeveless top, his hair is wet and flat, and water spills around his feet.
His face, jeans and the street behind him stay the same. The top is the part that changes: the hoodie is gone, and a wet white vest that shows his arms takes its place.
