Limits
Where LTX 2.5 is the wrong pick.
No model wins every shot. These are the cases where something else in the app is the better spend.
There is no 4K tier and no 2K tier. 1080p is the ceiling on all four modes, so a large delivery has to be generated on Veo 3.1 4K, Kling V3 4K or Seedance 2.0 4K, or upscaled afterwards.
The Pro tier stops at 10 seconds. The 20-second reach belongs to the Fast tier only, so a long take and the Pro tier’s finish are not available in the same generation — pick one.
It is not the cheapest engine in the catalog. MiniMax H3 bills 0.6 credits a second at 768p and PixVerse V6 bills 1.15 at 1080p, both under LTX 2.5 Fast’s 1.3. LTX earns its rate on audio and on how far the Fast tier runs, not on being cheapest.
