Guess What is a short pet scene with a turn in the middle. The sample opens on a tabby cat and a brown and white dog lying cheek to cheek on a rug, eyes closed, in a living room lit by warm lamps. A hand reaches in from the side, and within moments the calm scene breaks up.
The sample
What happens in the Guess What sample.
The sample opens low to the floor on the cat and dog snuggled together, both with eyes shut. A hand comes in from the left edge, then a person in a dark hooded top leans over and reaches for the cat while the dog opens its eyes. The view blurs as the camera swings, and the dog turns its head to look after them. In the last two frames a small orange and white dog trots away across a wooden floor toward a glass door, where a dark figure stands in the distance.
The lamps, the rug and the room stay recognisable, but the camera does not hold still: it moves with the action and ends by following the running dog. The cat is no longer in view by the end. The frames do not make clear what the surprise is, so treat the sample as one example of the style. It opens on two pets resting together, seen at their eye level, and a similar low, close photo is the nearest match.
